In our restaurant, using local ingredients, we offer a range of tempting
dishes. Our various menus allow you to sample the regional cuisine and our
range of specialities. A "must" of the region is "Truffade",
a dish of potatoes and "Tome du Cantal cheese". For meat lovers
we recommend our rib of beef for 2 persons, carved at the table. On our
cheese board you will find, of course, the famous local cheeses of Cantal
or Salers, Bleu d’Auvergne, Fourme d’Ambert and Saint Nectaire. We
also provide vegetarian dishes on request. The menu is available in
English.
If
you reserve half-board you choose from a special menu. We also offer a
“gastronomique” half-board which includes free choice from the à-la-carte
menu.
Outside
restaurant opening hours, hot and cold beverages and snacks are served in
the brasserie throughout the day. There is also an outside terrace for
sunny days.
Children
are welcome in the restaurant, where a special menu has been created for
them. High-chairs are available.
